As Plymouth’s oldest established, well respected, electrical contractor, we are extremely proud of our long customer service record. We were established in 1898, by the founder, William George Heath, therefore well over 100 years service in the electrical industry.

We are an approved electrical contractor registered with the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC), and also a Part ‘P’ registered installer. Also, we are members of the Electrical Contractors’ Association (ECA), in fact, Mr W G Heath was one of the founder members of this association, TrustMark (the government endorsed standards organisation), CSCS (the construction skills certification scheme) and also a member of the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce.

Whether you are looking for electrical installation works for anything relatively small or on a bigger scale, we would be able to undertake all aspects from start to finish – i.e.: initial design through to final commissioning and testing and everything in between. Our services include the design, supply and installation of distribution, power, lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, CCTVs, communication network cabling for both the commercial and domestic sectors.

One of our electricians also holds Compex certification. Therefore we are able to work on petroleum sites and in hazardous areas. Also, we have electricians that are IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) qualified enabling them to use various types of access equipment such as scissor lifts, self propelled booms and vehicle mounted booms. All of our electricians hold CCNSG Nationally Accredited Safety Passports and City and Guilds 17th Edition qualifications for BS7671, IET wiring regulations for electrical installations.
